The positive trend from the beginning of the new year continued into early Autumn with 71 housing sales recorded, the highest single monthly figure since November 2021.

 Both the Monthly Median and the Annual Moving Median edged higher to stand at $880,000 and $855,326 respectively.

 It was not surprising therefore to see some 25 sales recorded greater than $1.00m, 6 of which were in excess of $2.00m.

 As we approach mid to late April, the region has enjoyed a buoyant Easter break, with promise of a huge influx for the forthcoming V8 Super Cars event later this month.
